King William Street
This street runs North/South through the centre of Adelaide. I took this photo on Wednesday before the wet weather set in. It has been raining steadily for the past two days; great for the country but not so enticing to get out and about.

Oh wow. Clean and few cars. I envy you your city.
Looks like it could be downtown Austin, Texas!!hughugs
Hilda - I took the photo between traffic light changes to avoid having too many cars in the photo, but apart from peak hour driving through Adelaide and its suburbs is a breeze. I live 10 kms out and I can usually get into the city centre in about 15 minutes.
Donna - great observation! Austin and Adelaide have a sister city relationship; established in 1983.
I just read that Austin even has ( ? had) an Australian Rules Football club called the Austin Crows.
