Today I went with a group of cycling friends to watch the 2nd stage of the Tour Down Under. We took a short cut along an arduous bush track to get to the Mylor road to see the race. We are not competitive cyclists in lycra; just a group enjoying the fresh air and exercise. For some of us it was a training day for the Challenge Tour on Friday. From Mylor we rode into Hahndorf to see the riders again; then a few kilometres out of town to a vantage point to see them on a couple more laps and then back to Hahndorf to see the final sprint to the finish line. The town was decorated in purple.

Never been to Adelaide. Should have during my many visits to Australia mid 90s. Only got to see Sydney on my business trips from Singapore. Had however extreme and arduous HHH runs together with Aussies during my stay in Asia

looking forward to seeing more of your posts
Wow, that looks like a lot of fun. Great "A" post.
I LOVE Aussie bloggers. Welcome to ABC. I am also a cyclist so this post is dear to my heart.
Too cold in this part of the northern hemisphere to go biking. I will have to spend some time on the stationary cycle, though. I've chosen a differnt path for my alphabet offerings.
