Waterfall Gully Restaurant

Perched on the side of a hill, about 100 metres downstream from the First Falls is the Waterfall Gully Restaurant. Built in the style of a Swiss Chalet between 1911 and 1912, the building is now heritage listed. It is a very popular venue for group functions, including weddings.

This is the wonderful view from the terrace outside the restaurant.

How many times have you eaten there? I suppose such places would charge a lot of money.

Can you go to the waterfall without eating in the resort restaurant and not feel embarass?

Ann - My daughter had her wedding reception there; the meals were excellent. It is the only time we have dined there.

The waterfall is part of a national park so there is no obligation or expectation to use the restaurant or kiosk
