Port Adelaide was once a busy port, with many wharves, storage sheds and cranes. With the advent of larger ships with bulk handling and containers, the shipping activity has more and more been moved to our Outer Harbour. The old wharves and buildings are being replaced with promenades and modern housing.Over the next week or so, I intend posting more shots from the Port district; some of the old and some of the new.
