One of the favourites at the show is the wood chopping. These guys can really wield an axe.
I reckon you would need nerves of steel for this one! The contestants cut a notch in the trunk to hold a plank. They stand on the plank and cut a notch further up for the next plank, and move progressively towards the top where they then chop the log.
