Today was a glorious day, 30C with a clear blue sky and light winds. I took a friend and his Swedish guests sailing. Just before we returned to the marina, I took this photo of Glenelg. This is beachside Adelaide at its best; the buildings glowing in the rays of the late afternoon sun.

This is beachside Adelaide at its best; the buildings glowing in the rays of the late afternoon sun.In the foreground is the Glenelg Jetty. The historic town hall is in the centre. On its left is the Beach House, a carnival type complex. To the right of the town hall is the Glenelg square, which includes the tram terminus. The large building further right is the Ramada Grand Hotel
