Thorndon Park Reservoir Reserve
Today I went on a cycling ride and had lunch at this scenic spot. Thorndon Park Reservoir was built in 1860 to supply water to the new growing city of Adelaide. The reservoir was decommissioned in 1986 and a recreational reserve was established. A photo and information about the reservoir can be viewed here.
