I'm sitting here on the Oregon Coast with wind gusts close to 80miles for hours, and I'm looking at your pictures in awe. I'm enjoying your pictures, taking a virtual vacation this time of the year. Wish we were there!

Lakeviewer-I wouldn't swap you for the world at the moment, but our turn will come six months hence; however our winter's are probably mild by comparison.
Glenelg is on my list of places to visit when and if I ever make it to Australia. I bought a Lonely Planet guide book maybe a decade or so ago.
I was in Adelaide about a year and half a go...I LOVED it and look forward to going back some day. While there I spent a morning in Glenelg walking along the beach and around town. I even ate at the McDonalds that is in the picture. This brings back great memories.
