Small wheels
Every group has one; someone always out for a challenge! While the rest of us rode up the hills on bikes equipped with lots of gears, Eric rode his new aquisition direct from China - a single geared small folding bike designed for city commuting.

I guess I would have to test it first but it just doesn't look right!
Hahahaaa....FUN photo!!!hughugs
Is that a Strida?
They have ones with 2 speeds so easier on the climbs!
I met Mark Sanders at the Taipei Show - great guy and definitely inspirational!
TC from AbioBikes.com
Looks like a workout, especially over those hills
TC - I asked Eric to respond to your question about th Strida. Here's his reply. Gordon
Yes Eric's Bicycle appears to be a very good copy of Strida 5 built on the Chinese Mainland costing RMB600.
What claims to be the "real Strida" is available in a two speed using a Schlumpf two speed planetary crank system at a price of USD1400 built by Ming Cycle Industrial Co., Ltd. Taiwan, R.O.C.
Ming Cycle make what looks like a copy of a Dahon Curve called a Foldy S-Series 7 speed. Will the real bicycles stand up, please.
Cheers
Eric
